Started in 2004, Perch! is the ceramic design work of Amy Adams. Combining industry and craft Amy makes functional yet sculptural ceramic products.

Perch products have been sold in over 350 stores worldwide, have been licensed to a European manufacturer, and been customized and installed in many commercial and residential projects.

Amy is from Minneapolis but has lived in Brooklyn for almost 20 years. The draw of the snowy woods has brought Amy and husband Ben upstate to Kingston, New York where a new mixed material studio is in progress. She has a few degrees - in Fine Art (Iowa State) and Industrial Design (Pratt Institute). Besides designing for West Elm she currently teaches ceramics at Parsons School of Design.
